SAVANNAH, Ga. -- HOS Management, a second generation hospitality and development company headquartered in Savannah, recently broke ground on its newest hotel, the Fairfield Inn & Suites - Historic Savannah located at 135 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., as well as a facility and public parking garage located directly adjacent to the Fairfield Inn & Suites hotel. The new hotel and parking garage are expected to open July 2016.
Conveniently located in Savannah's National Landmark Historic District, the Fairfield Inn & Suites – Historic Savannah will feature 140 spacious guest rooms and suites and is within walking distance to some of Savannah's most popular attractions including award-winning restaurants, boutique shopping along Broughton Street, the Savannah Visitors Center, City Market, River Street and much more. The hotel will also feature a nice lobby bar offering complimentary snacks Monday through Thursday evenings, as well as meeting space that can accommodate up to 385 people. HOS Management most recently openedThe Cotton Sail Hotel, a full-service, luxury boutique hotel located at 126 W. Bay Street in May 2014. They currently own eight hotel properties in the Southeast region, with two new hotels in design and development stages including a new Aloft hotel, which will also be located in the same historic downtown Savannah corridor as the Fairfield Inn & Suites, and another future hotel to be located at 321 Montgomery St.
